The Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns accelerated the introduction of online work in hockey coaching. Through a discussion of Garreth’s learnings from working with elite athletes online, this masterclass will explore the unique challenges and opportunities that online and remote coaching brings. This will help reframe the practice of remote learning as an opportunity to embrace modern online culture and, in so doing, create new pathways to performance for coaches and athletes alike.
