FIH High Performance COACH Award (NED)

CLASS 4: AMSTERDAM 2026

Part one of this 1-2 yr High Performance Coach Award is a face to face course in Amstelveen, Netherlands, alongside the FIH Hockey World Cup Belgium and Netherland from 22 to 27 August 2026.

As part of the Hockey Empowerment Initiative, this course offers a discount to all female coaches
The High Performance Coach Award (L5C) is designed for individuals working with Senior National Team Programmes looking to develop their High Performance coaching knowledge & skills.

The programme consists of a blend of online, face to face and mentored sessions that support and track candidates through an personalised learning journey. Candidates will join as a class of up to 16 and follow the majority of the programme together.

To join this programme, applicants must hold the FIH Level 4 Coaching Certificate OR be nominated by their National Association and meet the criteria described below.

FIH Academy Courses are recognised globally, however, with 146 FIH member nations, equivalence to National Association qualification and requirements, as well as local laws will vary. For further information please contact your National Association or Continental Federation.

Our HPC/L5C face to face course consists of 33hrs of practical guided learning sessions (usually 5 days x 7 hours), with up to 20 participants and 4 FIH Educators.
