Drawing on years of experience and insight from the field and literature, this masterclass offers a deep dive into the pivotal role female coaches could potentially play in high performance environments:
  • Why are female coaches still underrepresented, and how can we change the narrative?
  • What challenges do they face, and what strategies can help overcome them?
  • How to foster leadership, innovation, and resilience in female coaches?
  • Do female coaches have specific strengths to bring to the table in high-performance settings?
  • Why is it important to have inclusive and diverse coaching environments? What steps
  • can be taken those environments?

This course is designed to challenge perceptions, break down barriers, and empower the next generation of high-performance female coaches. Participants will gain valuable insights into the contributions women make in coaching roles, while exploring actionable steps to create more inclusive, diverse coaching environments.
